**In Wexpand**We are looking for a IT VMO coordinator, who will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and administering of purchase orders, Invoice processing, goods receipts, and contracts and/or licenses to ensure compliance with specifications, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.Responsible for executing on all aspects of invoicing and account reconciliation for contracts.**We are unique**:We offer organic growth based on full skill development through co-creation to provide out-of-the-box solutions while encouraging professional and personal growth, achieving our employee success.As a company, we are in constant learning and development.We are passionate about creating value internationally and having a positive impact on the quality of life of our communities, in which you will not be the exception.**Main responsibilities**- Drafts and reviews Change Requests, Purchase Orders, and receipts, working closely with external & internal partners, and legal teams, ensuring documentation meets business goals and requirements.- Serves as a consultant to internal partners in relation to all invoicing issues/questions related to accounts payable for IT contracts.Prepares Purchases orders, provides POs to vendors, and troubleshoots the invoicing process between internal and external partners.- Responsible for all account reconciliation for IT vendors and contracts regarding invoicing and purchase orders.- Maintains the contract management process to ensure efficient contract execution and archiving.- Monitors the internal request queue to prioritize the tasks for the team in coordination with business stakeholders.- Works with internal business partners to ensure proper accounting treatment for all invoicing related activities for contracts.- Assists the IT VMO Department with any preparation, review, and administration of contracts and/or licenses to ensure compliance with specifications, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.- Tracks and reports key metrics as needed.Gathers and reports feedback from internal and outside partners to ensure continued attention to contract process improvements.- Executes daily reporting to review and identify immediate contracts needing attention by internal stakeholders.- Prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analyses.- Produces findings and draws conclusions from analyses.Makes oral and written recommendations to management.- Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.- Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.- May assist in research or special projects in a variety of areas to fulfill business initiatives and meet business objectives.- Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.- Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.**Your benefits**- Form your resume in a transnational company.- Features above the law.**Preferred Requirements**- English B2 level required- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.- 4+ years of experience in project business analysis and coordination.- 1+ years of experience working on projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology and/or business solutions.**Environmental Job Requirements**- Located in a comfortable indoor area.Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.- No travel required.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: Hasta $40,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
