Our subject matter experts proactively partner with clients to maximize portfolio performance at a competitive price.Collect payments on overdue accounts and locate debtors to make collection arrangements.ResponsibilitiesOutbound collection calls on accounts from 16 – 180 days delinquent (Predictive Dialer and/or manual)Speak to debtors on behalf of the client using clear language, explaining their amounts owing and determining a plan of action.Receives payments over the phone via Credit Card or Check.Document customer accounts in an accurate and timely manner.Sending letters, statements, payment historiesHandling customer complaints and resolution paper workMaintain and achieve monthly goals given.Able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.Qualifications & ExperienceCall center/collections experienceFDCPA and State RegulationsExcellent analytical and communication skills. Good grammar, voice and diction.Knowledge of loan calculationsAdequate Typing skills, 10 Key, Word, Excel, Microsoft OutlookAbility to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
