Americas OR - AVP - Mexico : Job ID : R Full / Part-Time : Full-time Regular / Temporary : Regular Listed : Location : Mexico City Position Overview : Job Title : Non-Financial Risk Management Corporate Title : AVP Location : Mexico Overview As Risk Manager on our Non-Financial Risk Management team, you will partner with the 1st Line of Defense to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risk remediations. Non-Financial Risk Management team in Mexico covers IB and represents the risk type controllers (SMEs) for Operational Risk, Resilience Risk, Information Security, and IT Risk towards the regulators. What You'll Do Risk Appetite monitoring Risk & Control Assessment (RCA): review and challenge Remediation monitoring Operational Event Management Skills You'll Need 5-9 years of previous non-financial risk experience (Operational Risk, Resilience Risk, Information Security & Cyber Risk, IT Risks) in Mexico. Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, business, or related fields. Fluent English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Investment Banking products (Fixed Income and Derivatives). Skills That Will Help You Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Self-motivated, takes ownership for own development, seeking learning opportunities.
