**Job Details****What will you do?**- Lead KAIZEN events in the plan, may be on the assigned line or in another process.- Implement project focused on productivity, causing impact in Cost Conversion KPI's.- Support for improvement activities arising from the rewards program- Analyze and improve process robustness on the manufacturing lines, proposing technology and advanced manufacturing methods.- Training, organization and support of Value Stream Map activities.- Coach Jr Engineers and Co-Ops to develop manufacturing skills.- Realization, deployment and monitoring of Lean Assessment results- Active participation on LPA's, and all audits related to maintain & improve Quality & Safety.- Active participation on High Performance Teams, acting as guide & coach to IDL's & DL's.- Follow-up to standardization of best practices- Line balancing analysis & implementation of actions to improve.- Root cause analysis using A3 tools.**How will you do it?**- Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5 S's Methodology knowledge and or implementation- Tools for analysis and problem solving- Time and movement studies- Projects management- Process mapping- Environmental system *******What we look for?**- Engineering or equivalent- 5 to 7 years of experience- Preferably experience in the HVAC industry- Advanced English- Six sigma certification (Green or black belt)- Lean manufacturing knowledge- Excel domain and power point- Knowledge of AutoCAD
