Job description Directful is looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in building and scaling services that power our AI-native hospitality platform. What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and run backend services in Kubernetes. Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployments. Build and maintain .NET APIs that integrate with our platform. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of services. Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams to deliver features end-to-end. What We’re Looking For: Strong backend development experience with .NET / C#. Hands‑on experience running services in Kubernetes. Proficiency in Azure DevOps pipelines, builds, and deployments. Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of microservices, cloud infrastructure, and service‑oriented architecture. Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills. Based in Latin America, with the ability to work in US EST/PST timezones. Must speak fluent English. Nice to Have: Experience with Azure cloud services beyond DevOps. Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or high‑traffic SaaS platforms. Why Join Directful?
