**Salesforce Cloud****Responsibilities**:- Troubleshooting in B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud environments- Working with the user base to understand enhancement requirements and coordinating with a team of 6-8 people- Reporting status to the NTT leadership team as per communication cadence- Vendor coordination as applicable**Requirements**:- 5 or more years of experience with CloudCraze- Experience with B2B Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud- Extensive knowledge of Apex plus experience with Lightning Web Components- Salesforce Apex- Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze)- SOAP/REST- WSDL- Postman/Insomnia and similar tools- CLI- SFDC Utility or similar middleware solutions- Jira, Bitbucket, Sourcetree, Jenkins, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Visual Studio**Soft Skills**: Proactive, team player, empathetic, responsible, committed**Job Sector**: IT**Languages**: Advanced English (C1-C2)**Work Modality**: Remote**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm**Benefits**: As per law and above legal requirements
