**Job Title**: Information & Technology Representative (Helpdesk)**Location**: Listentrust (Av. P.o Río San Miguel 75-Planta alta, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI, ***** Hermosillo, Sonora)**Salary**: $16,500 MXN per monthAre you tech-savvy and service-oriented?We're seeking a dedicated **IT Helpdesk Representative** to maintain and ensure the continuity of our company's technological resources and operations.If you're passionate about IT and looking for a dynamic, hands-on role, we'd love to hear from you**Responsibilities**:- Manage and maintain company technological equipment (computers, servers, etc.)- Install, upgrade, and manage software and hardware- Provide training to staff on how to use technology- Ensure backups and handle data recovery as needed- Respond to and resolve technical issues through our ticketing system**Profile**:- Experience in hardware maintenance and repair- Basic knowledge of structured cabling and network structures (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)- Service-oriented with a self-learning attitude- Familiarity with domain-controlled environments- Flexible availability to meet SLA requirements**Requirements**:- 1-2 years of experience in technical support- Technical degree in technology or a related field- Spanish (required), English (desired)**Outcomes**:- 100% ticket response rate- All internal and administrative requests are handled efficiently**Job Type**: Full-time**Salary**: $16,500 MXN per month**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $16,****** per monthWork Location: In person
