Finance Transformation Consultant – Oracle EPM SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated Finance Transformation Consultant with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, especially in Financial Planning and Consolidation processes. The candidate will support finance transformation projects, working with global clients to design and implement modern finance models using Oracle Cloud solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support Finance & Accounting Transformation projects from assessment to deployment.Design and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, focusing on Financial Planning (PBCS) and/or Consolidation (FCCS).Conduct assessments, process mapping, and develop operating models.Support system integration: gather requirements, prepare documentation, configure, and test.Develop and test reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows within Oracle Cloud EPM.Analyze finance processes like General Ledger, Consolidation, FP&A, and more.Assist with change management activities: stakeholder analysis, training, and documentation.Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.Collaborate with teams and support project management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.3+ years in consulting or industry with client interaction.Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, especially PBCS and FCCS.Knowledge of finance functions like Accounting, Consolidation, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Reporting.Strong analytical and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with global teams and fluent in English.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle EPM certifications.Experience with Shared Services or GBS models.Knowledge of other Oracle modules or ERP integration.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceThis job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
