Customer Value Director, LATAM Supply Chain – Exari Systems Overview Join Coupa’s mission to amplify margins through AI‑powered spend management. As a Customer Value Director for the LATAM Supply Chain, you will champion our clients in Spanish‑speaking Americas, ensuring they realize the full value of Coupa’s Supply Chain Design & Planning (SCDP) capabilities. Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of named customers across multiple industries and customer segments within the Spanish‑speaking Americas. Act as the primary customer‑facing advocate and partner, building strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders. Develop and drive customer value journeys, working collaboratively with customers to co‑create their SCDP initiative roadmaps and achieve outcomes. Plan and lead regular value reviews and check‑ins to monitor alignment, adoption, and continuous value realization. Use a strong executive presence to advise customers on supply‑chain transformation, delivering long‑term value. Coach, mentor, and advise customer teams, fostering success strategies and mutual goals. Collaborate closely with pre‑sales, post‑sales, product, and cross‑functional internal teams to align initiatives and share insights.
