This role is critical to ensuring system stability, compliance, and optimization across zOS, zVM, and zLinux platforms. You will lead root cause analysis (RCA) discussions, drive automation initiatives, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with global teams to maintain business continuity. **Key Responsibilities** Oversee administration and optimization of mainframe systems (zOS, zVM, zLinux) following best practices. Ensure system availability, patch compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements. You’re good at what you do and possessyou’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others. the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, **Required Skills & Experience** 7+ years in mainframe operations or media management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced (required for global communication and documentation).**Preferred Skills & Experience** Experience with VTS IBM.
