Overview:PepsiCo Global Business Services (GBS) works hand-in-hand with teams across the company to deliver, simplify and automate processes and solutions, helping everyone to work more efficiently.We provide capability excellence that enables operational excellence to fuel PepsiCo's growth and drive competitive advantage.The GBS team is powered by a skilled team of experienced colleagues who value collaboration and operate with a solutions-oriented mindset.As a collaborative partner, we strive to deliver the right solutions at the right time and at the right cost to solve tough business challenges.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Specification Management - Analyst (Food Safety)****Main Purpose**Qualifications:- _**Accountabilities**Functional Responsibilities- Conduct food safety assessments and add required food safety parameters to foods ingredient specifications in PV- Serve as point of contact with GBS Specification Management team on food safety discussions during supplier alignment process- Maintain and foster relationships with in-market R&D spec teams, other spec GBS teams, and external suppliers- Review supplier questionnaire, collect Food Safety specific documentation, and communicate with supplier to address any outstanding questions- Maintain and update existing specs to ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards- Upload all paperwork (re. Supplier Specs) and materials qualifications into Product Vision / Document Management and track workflow- Ensure all requests are processed, documented, and delivered within defined project timeline- Identify potential areas for process improvements to make recommendations to R&D GBS Leadership for continuous improvement**Requirements**:Advanced understanding of Quality Assurance/ Food Safety concepts and good working knowledge of food microbiology, food allergens, physical and chemical hazards- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Collaborative skills and strong interest in working with others across time zones; Ability to build relationships and work closely with both internal and external partners- Good communication skills - oral and written (e.g. communication on telephone, external and internal to PepsiCo, managing with other support group functions, etc.)- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner- Exceptional data organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy- Self-motivated & demonstrated ability to take initiative on projects- Fluent in English and Spanish (MBS)- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent relevant experience required**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
