At JLL we have a great commitment to diversity, which is why we promote the inclusion of all people on equal terms; that is, we do not discriminate based on disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex, race, ethnic group, religion, and/or physical appearance.**Sourcing Coordinator****Benefits to eligible employees, include**:- Direct Hiring by the company.- Base Salary.- Legal benefits: IMSS, vacations, vacation bonus, bonus.- Life Insurance + death support- Psychological, Medical, Nutritional, Legal, Financial and Veterinary Consulting (remotely)- Wellhub: Digital wellness platform, where you can find +1250 training videos of disciplines.All content based on three pillars: body, mind and nutrition.- Constant training: +15,000 courses- Major Medical Expenses Insurance- Food Vouchers- Saving FundWe are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of **Sourcing Specialist**to join our team:- ** Location**: Tlaquepaque.Jalisco- **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30- ** Work model**: on site**What**is**your**day**to**day**?**- Monitor and/or execute the creation, updating and/or unlocking of suppliers in the various JLL systems.- Search, evaluation and monitoring of supplier proposals for the following systems:Hard Services (HVAC, electrical, DTI/PCI, sanitary hydro, control and automation, vertical transportation, WWTP, industrial kitchen equipment, drinking water supply).Soft Services (cleaning, gardening, fumigation, destruction of confidential paper, property conservation).- Strategic commercial relationship with preferred suppliers and/or those that represent the majority of the expense.- Strategic negotiation to optimize costs in current or new servicesSynergy with other accounts to create leverage.- Analysis and execution of the annual Supply Plan (Sourcing Plan) of the projects in charge.- Management of commercial exercises (RFIs, RFQs or RFPs).- Know and achieve 100% of the savings objectives in accordance with the contract or project of your account in charge.- Contract management, in conjunction with COI compliance, as well as achieving >90% compliance in both.- Evaluation of strategic suppliers in conjunction with the account team (Scorecards).- Management in obtaining the assigned annual No Debt Letters.- Promote the initiatives and objectives of the area, as well as the metrics to be met during the year.- I work together with the operations area to address conflicts, opportunities, negotiations, among others, both with suppliers and with the end client.- Meetings with internal and final clients to address and monitor specific requirements and current needs.- Management of the Sourcing team in charge.- If you have a Procurement Analyst in charge, you must supervise the PO creation, billing, delivery and payment process.- Promote JLL's Diversity and Inclusion policy within its management.- Support to respond to any internal or external audit on area procedures.**Desired experience and technical skills**- Degree in Administration, international relations or similar- Advanced English- 5 years of experience in similar positions- Experience with shopping platforms- Preferred experience in Facilities Management or Indirect Purchasing.
