Job Description SummaryHow about belonging to a leading global medical technology company that acts to advance the world of health?Be part of something biggerBD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world and is advancing the world of health by improving medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care.We have over 65,000 employees and a presence in virtually every country around the world to address some of the most challenging global health issues.JOIN BD**Job Description**:Pharmaceutical Systems (PS)With innovative pre-fillable syringes, self-injection systems, safety systems and needle technologies, the Pharmaceutical Systems (PS) team offer an extensive selection of solutions designed to protect, package and deliver drug therapies is in search of:Senior Director Manufacturing:Responsabilities:Responsible for all Cuautitlan site and the manufacturing operations of Pharmaceutical Systems business at Cuautitlan.Working with safety as a priority with our most important resource "People" promoting a culture of continuous improvement to achieve the objectives of quality, service, delivery, and cost.Leading different manufacturing, services and support areas to meet customer expectations and the plant, business and corporate objectives.Main Functions:- Promotes and ensure cultural behavior of Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement and Sustainability, to guarantee that policies, procedures, standards and objectives are in place to meet customer, legal/government, corporate and business expectations using the BD Production System.- Ensure financial performance aligned with demand an capacity.- Define operations strategy aligned with business and corporate KDGs in order to increase quality and service, reducing cost and the use of optimized resources- Responsible for capital investment and projects for the plant.- Responsible for the site management, acting as a legal representative.- Provide proper coaching and management to the plant leadership team though the BD Way and Servant Leadership.**Experience**:- Advance English language- At least 10 years of experience in operations"BD values equity in the workplace without discrimination for any disability, class, ethnicity, age, religion, gender identity or sexual orientation."Primary Work LocationMEX Cuautitlan IzcalliAdditional LocationsWork Shift
