Resumen del PuestoEl/La Marketing Data Analyst será responsable de analizar, estructurar y transformar la data de marketing en insights accionables, generando modelos predictivos y reportes que permitan optimizar la inversión digital, escalar la captación de leads y maximizar las conversiones por desarrollo.Su misión será convertir la data en una ventaja competitiva, asegurando trazabilidad completa del funnel comercial de Casa ARA.Responsabilidades principalesAnalizar y evaluar el desempeño de campañas digitales en Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok y canales orgánicos.Diseñar y mantener dashboards ejecutivos en Looker Studio, Power BI o Data Studio con KPIs clave (CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel completo por prototipo de vivienda).Desarrollar modelos de atribución multicanal y customer journey tracking para entender el verdadero impacto de cada canal.Proponer acciones estratégicas basadas en datos para optimizar inversión y performance.Implementar y validar metodologías de A/B testing y medición de impacto.Construir y administrar bases de datos de marketing (SQL, Azure, MySQL, PostgreSQL).Colaborar con los equipos de performance, BI, contenido y diseño para alinear estrategias en torno a insights.Desarrollar modelos de forecasting y proyecciones de medios para presupuestación más precisa.Habilidades y requisitos+2 años de experiencia en análisis de data de marketing digital.Manejo avanzado de Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI y/o Tableau.Experiencia en SQL y bases de datos: PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database o MySQL (deseable).Conocimiento en modelos de atribución y funnels digitales.Habilidad para traducir data compleja en reportes ejecutivos claros y accionables.Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados, con pensamiento crítico y proactividad para proponer mejoras.Deseable: experiencia en sector inmobiliario, e-commerce o fintech.Alta capacidad de síntesis para reporting ejecutivo.BeneficiosSueldo: $30,000 mil pesos brutosPrestaciones superiores a la leyConvenio con institucionesSubsidio de comedorTransporte gratuito#J-*****-Ljbffr
