Senior Data Scientist – Decision Science (Hybrid opportunity) Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in machine learning, advanced analytics, and applied AI, capable of owning data science initiatives end-to-end: from problem definition and exploratory analysis to model development, validation, and production support. The consultant will collaborate closely with data engineers, ML engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Infinita Consulting by 2x. Key Responsibilities Analyze large‑scale structured and semi‑structured datasets to generate actionable insights. Design, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. Apply feature engineering, experimentation, and model tuning techniques. Collaborate with Data Engineers to build and maintain robust data pipelines. Support model deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking in production. Define and monitor model performance metrics (technical and business KPIs). Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. Communicate findings and model results clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences. Document models, assumptions, and analytical processes. Required Technical Skills (Must Have) 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning roles. Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling. Solid experience with Machine Learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods). Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras. Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and applied mathematics. Hands‑on experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience building ETL processes and data preparation pipelines. Proficiency with Git and collaborative development practices. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
