Role Description The RFP Project Manager is responsible for owning proposal operations from opportunity intake through submission. This role ensures deadlines are met, inputs are coordinated across subject matter experts, and submissions are compliant, polished, and on time. The role requires fluency in complex public-sector RFPs. Key Responsibilities Own proposal timelines, workplans, and submission calendars across multiple concurrent RFPs Develop and manage compliance matrices, outlines, and production schedules Coordinate inputs from internal staff, external partners, and subcontractors Conduct final compliance checks (page limits, formatting, required forms, signatures) Manage version control and document assembly Support post-submission activities (clarifications, interviews, revisions) Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing the full lifecycle of public-sector RFPs (from release to submission). Health, behavioral health, human services, or public health preferred. Strong ability to interpret RFP administrative requirements and create rigid compliance matrices to ensure zero-defect submissions. Demonstrated experience managing inputs from diverse multi-author teams (e.g., subcontractors, internal leadership, SMEs) under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
