Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWe are seeking for dynamic and precision oriented Mechanical Engineer, driven by continuous improvement.The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all production equipment required to manufacture a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner.General Job Description: Perform engineering duties in planning, programming and designing tools for sheet metal process equipment and other mechanically functioning machines.Oversees the manufacturing process of the equipment.Responsibilities: Evaluate, install, program, and maintain mechanical equipment as Turret Press, Press Break & Bender Machines, and determinate tools requirements to meet production requirements.Oversees the machines operation, to ensure that they are functioning according with specifications.Responsible of the repair of the equipment (preventive and correction maintenance and repairs programs).Manufacturing drawing creation and conversion into a program using selected software(s).Quote and select tooling for different machines to support new product introduction Verify the machined part using precision instruments.Prototype validation for new production runs.Ensures production equipment is the required; involves integrating equipment, people, material flow systems, and information systems.Maintain and encourage a safe work environment and good housekeeping.Experiência y requisitos+ 2 years in laser and sheet metal machinery programming and set up.+ 2 years experience in programming Punching Shearing Machine.+ 2 years experience in sheet metals processes.English 70% ( preferably ) Motivated with sense of ownership.Shows attention to detail.OrganizaciónKalkai Advance ManufacturingGiroManufactureraActividad principalFabricación de Productos MetálicosNúmero de empleados90**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** De lunes a Viernes de 7 am de 5 pm**Estudios** Carrera Trunca**Inglés **Hablado: 70%, Escrito: 70%**Sexo** Indistinto**Edad** ******* años
