Ready to take on a high‑impact role?We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Support Engineer at ADITI.In this project, you will manage and execute critical supply chain processes using specialized IBP platforms (O9, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM).You will enhance operational efficiency by implementing Python scripting to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., data pulls and alerts) and leverage SQL for deep data analysis, root cause identification, and KPI report generation.You will maintain system visibility by building and monitoring dashboards and logging systems with tools like Splunk and Grafana.Additionally, you will contribute to system reliability through participation in code reviews and on‑call support, applying foundational SRE / DevOps practices (Git, PagerDuty).Required skills for this role3–5 years of experience as an Operations Engineer in Supply Chain / IBP areas.Support experience.Experience in ServiceNow (Mandatory).Deep knowledge of IBP platforms (O9 is mandatory).Python scripting for automation.SQL for data analysis and querying.Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Grafana.Basic SRE / DevOps skills (Git, PagerDuty).Fluent in English, as the candidate will collaborate with teams in the U.S.Benefits100% Remote modalityE‑learning platformsCertification reimbursement of up to $500 USD50% vacation bonus13th‑month bonusGrocery vouchersDouble‑matched savings fundMajor medical expenses for family groupLife and medical insurance2 extra FREE days per yearAnnual training plansAnd much moreJOIN US #J-18808-Ljbffr
