About the Role As a Senior/Lead Data Engineer you will shape the data foundations that drive advanced analytics and empower millions to find jobs worldwide. In this role you’ll influence large‑scale data strategy, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to impactful solutions in a collaborative and innovative culture. With challenging projects, growth opportunities, and a strong engineering community, this is a chance to lead and make a real difference in the data engineering space. MUST HAVES 7+ years experience with SQL (Snowflake/Cloud platform: AWS preferred) 7+ years of experience with Python 7+ years of experience with Tableau 7+ years of experience in data monitoring and troubleshooting preferred Upper‑intermediate English level NICE TO HAVES 7+ years of workflow orchestration and building end‑to‑end data pipelines (Airflow, GitHub, etc.) Strong experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT frameworks (foundational design for long‑term data usage) Strong PMO background Self‑starter with strong ability to guide/lead self or team on projects Ability to strategize and lead complex data analysis with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to understand and match strategic and operational needs Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior management (CEO, VP, SVP) Perks and Benefits Professional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
