**About Epiroc**:Epiroc is a multinational company with a presence in 150 countries; which with innovative technology, develops and provides safe and state-of-the-art equipment, such as drilling machinery and construction tools for use in surface and underground mining.It also offers world-class after-sales services and solutions for automation, digitalization and electrification.**Life at Epiroc**By joining our team, you will be part of a group of knowledgeable and helpful colleagues who live by our core values: collaboration, commitment and innovation.The work environment in the mining and construction industries presents unique and interesting challenges that you will not find in other industries.Our culture is characterized by care for work-life balance, professional development, global professional opportunities and an epic benefits package.Are you interested in reports and general accounting?Join our team as our new Accounting to Reporting Specialist, US/Canada**Mission**Optimize the accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, efficiencyDegree in Accounting /Studying towards CIMA or a member of CIMA compulsorySolid Accounting experience in a Multinational environment working with countries in USA and Canada.5-8 years' experience in working in an A2R team in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantageExperience with Balance sheet recons/month end reporting/ IFRS standards / VAT and other related functionsFluency in English is a key requirement.Mastery of one or more key Regional language such as French or Portuguese will be an advantageProven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in working with BPCS, Infor M3, Power BI, Lotus Notes, SharePoint and Microsoft Office will be an advantage**Your responsibilities will be**:Ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (A2R) services to the sub-Saharan organizations in line with Service Level Agreements and the Epiroc Way as well as business requirementsSupport the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in A2RAssist with improving and implementing process alignment in the RegionPerform day to day activitiesContinuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, while using digitization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficienciesParticipate in projects for the A2R Regional Centre of Excellence TeamContribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organizationEnsure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the teamYou will be expected to carry out any other function or duty as may be required in terms of "The Epiroc Way"
