Somos AsTecI, una consultoría de TI con más de 30 años de experiencia en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de sistemas.Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de nuevo talento para integrar a nuestro equipo de trabajo.RequisitosLicenciatura en Ciencias de Datos, Estadística, Informática, Analítica de Negocios o afín.Nivel de inglés avanzado.3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos.Conocimientos de identificación, exploración y análisis de conjuntos de datos complejos para descubrir información útil.Dominio de SQL para consultar y manipular grandes conjuntos de datos.Experiencia con Python, R o similares para análisis y visualización de datos.Familiaridad con herramientas de BI (p. ej., Tableau, Power BI) para la creación de informes y cuadros de mando.Conocimiento de conceptos de almacenamiento de datos y procesos ETL.Plataformas de datos en la nube (AWS, Azure).Conocimiento de técnicas estadísticas avanzadas o fundamentos de aprendizaje automático.Familiaridad con metodologías Agile o Scrum.ActividadesIdentificar, recopilar y evaluar conjuntos de datos relevantes de fuentes internas y externas para respaldar los objetivos del negocio.Realizar análisis exploratorios de datos (EDA) para descubrir patrones, tendencias y anomalías.Validar la calidad, integridad y consistencia de los datos, abordando los problemas mediante la limpieza y el preprocesamiento.Garantizar la coherencia con los resultados analíticos.Desarrollar y mantener paneles, visualizaciones e informes utilizando herramientas como Tableau, Power BI o similares.Realizar análisis y modelos estadísticos para obtener información que permita tomar decisiones estratégicas.Presentar los hallazgos a las partes interesadas en un lenguaje claro y sin tecnicismos, adaptando la información a las necesidades de la audiencia.Identificar oportunidades para optimizar los procesos de descubrimiento de datos y mejorar la accesibilidad a los mismos para las PYMES.Documentar las fuentes de datos, las metodologías y los hallazgos para facilitar la reproducibilidad y el intercambio de conocimientos.Contribuir al desarrollo de la gobernanza de datos y las mejores prácticas para su manejo.OfrecemosSueldo libre mensual.Prestaciones de ley.Seguro de vida.Seguro de gastos médicos.Modalidad de trabajo híbrida.Horario de lunes a viernes 9:00 am a 6:00 pm.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Information Technology.Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting.#J-*****-Ljbffr
