Mexico *******Do you have an eye for detail?Do you enjoy the challenge of clearing up discrepancies?Then you belong at UlineAs an Accounts Payable Specialist on our Finance team, you'll ensure bills from vendors are paid accurately and on time for our growing North American company**Position Responsibilities**- Process invoices from vendors to ensure goods or services were received and payments processed on time.- Code invoices accurately to general ledger accounts, verifying proper documentation and approval.- Review vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or outstanding balances directly with the vendor.- Manage the invoice hold report, working with internal departments to approve invoices in a timely manner.- Identify anomalies or changes in invoices to determine if an issue exists.**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree - Finance or Accounting major **preferred.**- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**- 2+ years' experience in Finance.Previous accounts payable or finance transactional experience is **a plus.**- Proficient in Microsoft Office.Oracle experience **a plus.**- Reliable and dedicated with excellent attention to detail.**Benefits**- Complete health insurance coverage and savings fund with employer match that starts day one- Multiple bonus programs.- Paid holidays and generous paid time off.- Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.**About Uline**Uline, a family-owned company, is North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 9,000 employees across 13 locations.Uline is a drug-free workplace.EEO/AA Employer/Vet/DisabledNOCBPOSTLI-AR2(#IN-MTYOF)
