Company DescriptionOur client, a US based company in the Biopharmaceutical sector is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner with good level of English based out of Mexico.**Job Description**:Strategic HR support in the areas of employee relations, compliance, diversity, performance management, HR analysis, process redesign, succession planning, organizational and workforce planning and development and career development.**Qualifications**:**Responsibilities**:- Implement company wide HR strategy to support business initiatives and growth by providing guidance and support.- Business focused guidance to leaders on all matters related to associate and organization development.Leads succession planning and cross-functional talent discussions with leadership teams.- Training and development initiatives.- Ensures that sourcing and selection criteria meet the financial and strategic needs of the business.- Implement HR policies and procedures and evaluates their effectiveness.Assists assigned functional teams with the understanding of these programs.- Ensures that functional teams are trained on recruiting procedures and that appropriate attention is placed on associate retention issues.- Assists management team in developing skills to manage human resources more effectively through modeling, coaching, instruction, and training.Required Experience:- +5 years of Human Resources experience.- +4 years college degree or equivalent work experience.Master's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, preferred.- Experience supporting functional Operations such as Customer Service, Transportation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and/or Distribution preferred.Additional Information- Good Level of English/Spanish- Office based
