About Our Client Important Telecom company in the USA. City: USA. Job Title Infrastructure Engineer. Location USA territory; regular travel required. Requirements Strong understanding of Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics tools, Network Analytics platform, AIOps, etc. Capable of working in the field and covering long distances to reach sites across the US territory. Ability to guide the team or individuals on a requirement basis. Good level of technical English, capable of sustaining a technical conversation. Responsibilities Work with vendors on feature roadmaps and deployment for new services and products. Serve as a technical escalation point for engineering, operations, and delivery. Develop new tools and systems to automate tasks or improve existing ones. Interact with OEM for highly critical technical support. Prepare reports and technical documentation. Hands‑on experience and configuration on Inter‑VLAN routing, routers, switches (TCP/IP), chassis switches, ASA firewall, and F5 load balancers. Configure routers and Inter‑VLAN routing. Experience with enterprise vendors such as Cisco, Extreme Networks, HPE Aruba, Infoblox, F5, AWS, etc. Conduct lab testing on new and existing hardware and software, including network, security, and cloud products. Perform onsite troubleshooting/configuration for hardware issues on routers, switches, and data‑communications equipment. Benefits Annual salary $40,***********,****** USD. Insurance benefits. Salary Range $60,****** - $100,****** per month. Employment Type Full‑time. Other Requirements Higher education degree (preferred). 3 years required experience in Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics tools. 3 years required experience working in the field. 3 years required experience in Network Analytics platform, AIOps.
