**Business Analyst Engineer**Focus on optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency within the PCBA production environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Data Analysis**:- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data related to PCBA production processes, supply chain management, and overall business operations.- Develop actionable insights to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.- **Reporting**:- Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform management decisions.- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- **Process Improvement**:- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes.- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and propose data-driven solutions.- **Financial Analysis**:- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data related to PCBA operations.- Monitor key financial metrics and support cost-saving initiatives.- **Project Support**:- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and process changes.- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making during project planning and execution phases.- **Market Research**:- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.- Conduct market research to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.- 1-2 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or PCBA industry.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).- Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes and electronic components.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Análisis de requerimientos: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
