About RHI MagnesitaRHI Magnesita is the leading global supplier of high-grade refractory products, systems and solutions which are critical for high-temperature processes exceeding 1,200°C in a wide range of industries, including steel, cement, non-ferrous metals and glass.With a vertically integrated value chain, from raw materials to refractory products and full performance-based solutions, RHI Magnesita serves customers around the world, with around 15,000 employees in 47 production sites, 7 recycling facilities and more than 70 sales offices.RHI Magnesita intends to build on its leadership in revenue, scale, product portfolio and diversified geographic presence to expand further in high growth markets.Refractory SupervisorAbout the jobRHI Magnesita is seeking a Refractory Supervisor located in Monterrey, NL or Ramos Arizpe, Coah.or Monclova, CoahThe Refractory Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction to include refractory installation, problem solving, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.This position full- time will report to the Head of Refractory Services Operations.The Refractory Supervisor will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time.The salary depends on what is required at client's company**The Refractory Supervisor's tasks include**:Adherence to proper safety requirements by client, and use of appropriate PPE at all customer sites.Daily reports and consumption/performance monitoringAbility to complete necessary equipment operations and pre-check certifications and standards.Ability to respond to afterhours urgent or emergency needs of the customer.About you**Do you have**:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials, Metallurgical, Chemical, Science or Ceramics is preferred+2 years of refractory installation or steel mill or foundry experience preferred Experience in refractory industry is a plusSafety focused.Familiarity with heavy industrial environments and related safety standardsProficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically basic Excel skills - data entry / reports / create basic spreadsheets, One Note, Teams, Outlook, and some WordIndependent worker and self-starter, who contributes to the overall team objectivesAbility to learn inventory control processes and standardsWorks effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications**As a much-valued employer**:Amazing BenefitsChristmas Bonus, Food vouchers, Saving funds, Life insurance disability insurance, and more
