GEODIS is a Supply Chain Operator ranking among the top companies in its field in Europe and the World.GEODIS, which is part of SNCF Logistics, which in turn is a business line of the SNCF Group, is the number one Transport and Logistics operator in France and ranked number four in Europe.The international reach includes a direct presence in 67 countries and a global network spanning over 120 countries.With its five lines of business (Supply Chain Optimization, Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Distribution & Express, and Road Transport), GEODIS manages its customer's Supply Chain by providing end-to-end solutions enabled by our people, our infrastructure, processes, and systems.We are in search of a Subject Matter Expert in Process Implementation**Requirements**:- Fluent English- Engineering Degree or similar- At least 4 years' experience within Supply Chain/Logistics ITMain tasks:- Contribute to Solution Design workshops- Drive clarity of customers' needs- Collaborate with Product Management and Internal/External IT delivery Center to secure the quality of delivery and documentation.- Ensure implementation methodology is applied- Ensure implementation deliverables are done on time, with a high-quality standard, and within the expected budget- Ensure deliverables are aligned in planning and communication with the Transformation Team- Ensure solution documentation is done & kept updated throughout the implementation lifecycle- Prior handover from implementation secure a solid move to BAU Process- Collaborate with IT Operation to gather visibility of real usage on implemented solutions, to set continuous improvement opportunities- Run qualitative measurement of implemented solutions- Control efficiency of knowledge sharing and training sessions to IT and Business teamsWhat we Offer- Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.Monday through Friday- Above the Law benefits- Hybrid Model- The opportunity to grow within a strong international logistics company.- Food vouchers and Parking pension
