El candidato seleccionado será responsable de liderar la fase de pre-construcción, asegurando que todos los procesos se alineen con los estándares de calidad y la normatividad vigente.ResponsabilidadesCoordinar y supervisar todas las actividades relacionadas con la fase de pre-construcción de proyectos fotovoltaicos y eólicos.Interactuar con diversas partes interesadas, incluyendo ingenieros, arquitectos y autoridades locales, asegurando una comunicación fluida y eficaz.Desarrollar y gestionar cronogramas de proyecto, asegurando la finalización oportuna de todas las fases de pre-construcción.Conducir sesiones de planificación, evaluando costos, recursos y viabilidad de los proyectos.Asegurar que todos los permisos y licencias necesarias se obtengan en tiempo y forma.Proporcionar liderazgo efectivo y soporte a los equipos de trabajo, asegurando un ambiente colaborativo y orientado a objetivos.Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores y contratistas, facilitando negociaciones y acuerdos.RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 10 años en gestión de proyectos de construcción, con un enfoque específico en energías renovables, especialmente en proyectos fotovoltaicos o eólicos.Capacidad para tramitar su VISA TN, que le permitirá trabajar legalmente en los Estados Unidos.Compromiso total para trasladarse a Estados Unidos una vez que se obtenga la VISA por parte de Eosol Group.Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado (INDISPENSABLE), garantizando así una comunicación efectiva con el equipo y las partes interesadas en el mercado estadounidense.Habilidades demostradas en liderazgo y gestión de equipos, con un historial comprobado en la toma de decisiones efectivas.Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, manteniendo la calidad del trabajo y cumpliendo con plazos ajustados.Disponibilidad para movilizarse a EEUU para trabajar, adaptándose a un nuevo entorno y cultura laboral.Si cuentas con más de 10 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos en el sector de energías renovables y cumples con los requisitos establecidos, te invitamos a considerar esta emocionante oportunidad para unirte a Eosol Group comoPre-Construction Manager.
