Head of Sales – Global Enterprise Remote Latin America-Based A leading payment technology company operating across Latin America is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead its global enterprise sales efforts. This is a remote-first role, open to candidates based in Latin America, with a focus on acquiring and managing relationships with large-scale merchants worldwide. Company Overview The company is a top-tier provider of payment processing solutions, trusted by thousands of businesses across the region and expanding rapidly into global markets. Its platform enables secure, scalable, and seamless transactions for enterprise clients across industries including retail, SaaS, travel, and marketplaces. Role Overview The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing a global enterprise sales strategy, and driving new business with top-tier merchants. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in payment solutions and a proven ability to close complex deals across international markets. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed sales team across Latin America and other strategic regions Develop and implement a global enterprise sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives Identify, engage, and close high-value partnerships with enterprise merchants across multiple verticals Drive go-to-market initiatives in new geographies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and innovation Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling payment processing solutions to enterprise merchants Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals across multiple regions Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and scale remote teams Deep understanding of the Latin American market and global commerce trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese Comfortable working in a remote-first environment What's on Offer Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives Opportunity to shape the future of payments across Latin America and global markets A mission-driven team focused on innovation, impact, and growth Additional Information Seniority Level: Director Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Sales, Business Development, and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
