About the roleAt JLL we have a great commitment to diversity, which is why we promote the inclusion of all people on equal terms; that is, we do not discriminate based on disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex, race, ethnic group, religion, and/or physical appearance.ResponsibilitiesManage all relocation activities on account or for specific projects; incorporating and creating "best practices" as possible.Ensure all relocation activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and in accordance with the client's and JLL's policies and procedures.Ensure operations manual is in place and updated (on account).Provide a single point of contact for all relocation project activities for client, regularly update client with updates to scope, schedule, and budget as necessary.Facilitate and document project meetings with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and understood by all concerned.Participate in planning meetings hosted by the client, Occupancy Planning, and other key stakeholders.Develop and implement relocation project plan and budget through collaboration with the facility manager, project manager and construction manager; as required.Procure and manage move labor, including vendor/contractor RFP, bidding process, evaluate proposals and recommend selection of vendor/contractor.Manage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.).Perform data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information.Develop and deliver required project specific reporting and BI surveys.Coordinate schedule, budget, and scope as necessary with various service providers (IT, VTS, Construction and Associate Relocations and Furniture Installation contractor, etc.).Determine pricing for any non-baseline work requested (i.E., construction-related needs, furniture reconfigurations, people relocations that exceed baseline parameters, etc.).Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site, available to answer questions, organize move orientations, and resolve post-move issues.QualificationsDesired experience and technical skills4 - 6 years of facility, project or construction related experience in a Corporate Real Estate EnvironmentBackground in project management, construction management, architecture or project strategy planning is desirableMinimum 2 years as Relocation Project Manager or related experienceProficient in a CAD/CAFM technology with a move management module and/or facilities management systemFluent in both Spanish and EnglishHas successfully managed relocations of over employeesOrganizational skills with the ability to identify and manage prioritiesAbility to multi-task and work both in a team and independentlyStrong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning conceptsAbility to manage all aspects of move management projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling and change ordersPrevious experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring and evaluating several Relocation Managers at various levels within the organization/teamCapacity to deal with ambiguity and address complex problemsEducation and RequirementsRequerimientos - Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura5 años de experienciaIdiomas: InglésPalabras clave: proyecto, project, lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regenteBenefitsBenefits to eligible employees, include: Direct hiring by the company.Base salary and law benefits: IMSS, vacation time, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus.Life insurance + death benefit.Ongoing training through an online platform with more than 15,000 courses available in several languages.Psychological, medical, nutritional, legal, financial, and veterinary counseling (remote).Wellhub: Corporate wellness program that offers access to gyms, online classes, nutritionists, and more.Major Medical Insurance, Food Coupons, Saving Fund, Annual Target Bonus.Work Address: Credito Constructor, Benito Juarez, CDMX.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.Gross Weekly or Monthly Salary: $70,000 - $Work ModalityOn site#J-*****-Ljbffr
