you thrive in this role?Professional career completed in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field (master's degree preferred)Bilingual: Spanish/English (More than 85%)Experience in using SAP, TRESS.Experience in Manufacturing environments (More than 5 years) Medical/Automotive Industry PLUSKnowledge of Plastic, Rubber EPDM or Silicon transformation processesExtensive knowledge of plastic injection environments, molds and peripheral equipmentExperience in managing numerous and multifunctional teams in the Molding industry.Analysis of metrics and creation of action plans (Security, 8D's, 5's, Effectiveness, SCRAP)Experience in GEMBAS (Security / 7 Wastes)Engineering experience (Lay Out, Line Balancing, KAIZEN)Intermediate knowledge of Maintenance Administration, SMED, Mold and Tooling Maintenance.Experience in project management, transfer of molds, injection machines and secondary processesIntermediate knowledge of GD&T drawing interpretation and geometric
