Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 14 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States.Currently, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Solar Energy Advisor, to be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the process of transitioning to solar power.You will assess client energy needs, provide customized solar solutions, and support them from consultation through installation.This role combines elements of sales, customer service, and energy consulting.The role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico.The client is located in Canada, so a fluent English level is required.Hiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT / RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)Labor Days: Mon- Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Toronto time)Salary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross (Open to negotiate to $30,000 MXN gross) Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their energy usage and determine solar suitability Explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy clearly and confidently Guiding customers through custom proposals, addressing questions or needs.Work closely with the technical teams to meet all customer requirements.Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales cycle Stay current on solar industry trends, incentives, and regulations Requirements: Proven solar sales or solar customer service experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to explain technical information in a simple and relatable way Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency with CRM systems and proposal software (Solargraf, Aurora Solar, Helioscope, etc.).-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura1 año de experienciaIdiomas: InglésPalabras clave: asesor
