OverviewWe're looking for a skilled SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in S/4HANA and S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique Field Service Management requirements.Your expertise will be essential in designing, implementing, and supporting tailored SAP Field Service solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and on-time delivery.You'll bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, effectively communicating solutions to stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement SAP Field Service Management Solutions Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from scoping to deployment, ensuring solutions meet client needs.Design with Best Practices Apply SAP best practices to solution design.Follow SAP Activate Adhere to the SAP Activate methodology.Analyze and Enhance Analyze client Field Service Management processes and propose SAP-based improvements.Configure and Customize Configure and customize SAP Field Service to meet project specifications.Ensure System Functionality Participate in testing, optimize performance, and ensure systems meet client expectations.Collaborate with Clients Work closely with client IT and business teams.Manage Data and Cutover Guide data migration and lead system cutover for SAP Field Service.Train and Support Provide user training and ongoing post-implementation support.Document Thoroughly Maintain detailed project documentation.Facilitate Communication Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management, mostly in consulting roles.Hands-on experience in Field Service Management processes and SAP Service, configuring, developing, and managing SAP FSM and S/4 Service module and integrations.Perform gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to align SAP Field Service functionality with business goals.Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, S/4HANA, and especially SAP Public Cloud advancements and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mainly SM, but also SD, MM, FI/CO) to ensure seamless integration.Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Field Service-related issues efficiently.Understanding of other Service Management solutions such as SFDC Service Cloud and SAP CRM.Proven track record of leading SAP Field Service implementations.Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Private Cloud & Public Cloud).Experience with cutover and data migrations in Field Service Management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Preferred QualificationsSAP certification(s) in relevant modules.Additional RequirementsFlexibility to work outside regular business hours if necessary.Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions.Knowledge of additional SAP modules or technologies like SFDC.Benefits100% remote position from LATAM.Flexible freelance collaboration.Opportunity to work with global SAP environments.Long-term professional growth and international exposure.Apply now and become part of the global SAP consulting network at SapindexÚnete a Sapindex y lleva tu carrera al siguiente nivelSomos una compañía especializada en el reclutamiento de profesionales SAP altamente cualificados.Ofrecemos servicios de outsourcing, consultoría y soluciones IT en una amplia gama de sectores del mercado informático, incluyendo SAP (HANA), Business Object, BigData, Salesforce, Desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles y Desarrollo Web.#J-*****-Ljbffr
