About UsSegmail is a leading logistics provider and 3PL in Mexico.Operating for over a decade, it has positioneditself as the go-to provider for concierge logistics solutions.It prides itself on leveraging in-house,technological tools to differentiate itself and provide a superior service.As of today, Segmailparticipates in the shipping, warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, and export sectors.Today, the Company is proud to announce the launching a new business unit - Turny - whichfocuses on revolutionizing the archaic and non-functional return and exchanges system in LatinAmerica.Leveraging on our in-house SaaS, as well as our logistics capabilities, we aim to fully disruptthe space.The RoleWe are looking for a motivated, and self-starter, person who can take on the task of launching thebusiness unit and building the team.This individual will be supported by the broader Segmailorganization, and with tack-on the already built software and infrastructure to spearhead the division.The Senior Project Manager will report to the CEO of Segmail and will be entrusted with makingimportant judgement calls in the best interest of the Company.This position will be based out of the Company's HQ in CDMX.SkillsetVast experience in SaaS, ideally with exposure to logistics and / or retailTechnological background is a plusDeep knowledge of Mexico's e-commerce spaceAbility to learn on the go and adapt to a fast-paced environmentProven ability to build and lead teamsAttention to detailLeadershipAbility to see the bigger picture and make judgement callsSolid work-ethicsIntellectual curiosity #J-18808-Ljbffr
