Descripción y detalle de las actividadesDesarrollar el programa de producción diario.- Mantener una comunicación fluida con los clientes internos.- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar que los planes de producción se ajusten a los objetivos generales de la empresa.- Ejecutar, supervisar y analizar los informes de retrasos, entregas puntuales, cumplimiento y adherencia a los planes de producción.- Buscar mejoras en los procesos (orientado al proceso de mejora continua).- Coordinar las solicitudes de pedidos urgentes y los retrasos previstos en los materiales y las piezas compradas, de modo que los clientes sufran el menor retraso posible.- Identificar y resolver cualquier problema o retraso en la producción.Resolver diversos problemas que puedan surgir, entre los que se incluyen, entre otros, las piezas rechazadas, la disponibilidad de las piezas compradas, las limitaciones de capacidad y rendimiento, y los cambios en las demandas de los clientes y los níveles de servicio.Experiência y requisitosMínimo 2 años de experiência relacionada.- El empleado debe ser motivado y tener la capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.- El empleado debe poseer buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral, organización y resolución de problemas.- Capacidad para adoptar un enfoque proactivo y asumir la responsabilidad de todas las actividades relacionadas con el éxito de la fábrica para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones.- Se requiere experiência informática con sistemas ofimáticos y MRP/ERP.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Planeación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
