This role will be a partner to plant and operations leadership, providing financial insights, managing key projects, and driving continuous improvement in plant performance.**Key Responsabilities:*** Lead the monthly closing, reporting, and analysis of plant financial performance* Partner with operations leadership to analyze production costs, variances, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive efficiency and cost reduction.* Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with plant and business objectives.* Support inventory management, cycle country, and product costing* Provide financial insights on capital investment projects, productivity initiatives, and cost optimization programs.* Drive and support cross-functional projects related to operations plant efficiency improvement* Continuously improve financial reporting, processes, and systems.* Support digitalization transformation and S4 projects**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.* CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.* 3- 5 years of Finance experience, with **Operations Finance or Manufacturing Finance** background required.* Advanced English* Proficiency in Excel, ERP, SAP systems; knowledge of S4 / HANA, standard costing highly preferred.* *At AXALTA, we operate under principles of equality and diversity, ensuring that talent is what matters most.
