Through rigorous testing, inspections, audits, certifications, research, and more, IDFL makes this possible for clients in every country.Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for a Supply Chain Sustainability Auditor. The Supply Chain Sustainability Auditor will be responsible for conducting supply chain audits and certifications. This role will involve assessing client supply chain processes for compliance with sustainability, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing detailed Corrective Action Plan Audit Reports (CAPAR) to present findings to clients.RequirementsEducation and/or Experience with Textiles and/or Chemistry, Environmental ScienceExperience performing auditsEnglish and Spanish fluency. Other languagesAbility and interest in traveling around the Americas, US Visa is a plus but not required.QualificationsExperience in conducting audits, inspections, and certifications (Specifically: Textile Exchange, GOTS, HIGG, Better Cotton and similar auditing standards. ref: )Knowledge of supply chain processes and sustainability practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)Attention to detail and accuracy in reportingAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in quality control and assurance is a plusBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Chemical engineering, Environmental Science or related fieldThis is a freelance/subcontract position where audits will be assigned as clients require with the anticipation of moving towards a full-time role when necessary.In your application or resume, please provide:Explanation of your experience with TextilesList of your certifications (APSCA, ISO or other certifications)Current audit log (redacted if necessary)Available start date
