**About Mubea**Since **** Mubea, a German, family-owned automotive supplier, has focused on lightweight construction for heavy-duty suspension components and related products.We are the market leader in many segments of the spring industry supplying the world car manufacturers and leading Tier 1 system suppliers by utilizing over 11,000 workers worldwide in 28 production and development locations on four continents Mubea leads in innovation, design, development, and production of engine, suspension, transmission and body components.Our international standards are based on our technological developments and the most important objectives of the automobile industry: the sustained reduction of fuel consumption and emission levels.**Job summary****Duties and Responsibilities**- Manages functions for specific phases of projects to develop plans, flow charts, inspection methods, procedures and standards, including detailed instructions, check lists, sampling plans, classification defects, etc.; to ensure all products, data or service meets specified quality requirements.- Ensures that quality engineering effectively interprets and flows down customer contractual quality requirements to programs, engineering, manufacturing, and inspection.- Facilitates continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing cost or poor quality and improving overall process capability.- Must interface successfully with external and internal customers by discussing quality specifications and actions taken to prevent or correct problems with products produced and post-delivery defects.- Leads and manages teams that preform investigations to determine the root cause for product and process nonconformance.- Monitors production standards and investigate methods of improvement where standards are not being met.- Monitor and take action to ensure sustainment of results achieved through problem solving activities.- Ensures that all quality initiates and follows-up on inspection and test methods and procedures to ascertain proper administration and compliance with all requirements..- Trains and develops all personnel in root cause analysis of quality issues and development of long-term cost-effective solutions as well as a 'preventive' mind set to anticipate future occurrences.**Your profile**:- Bachelor degree as an Industrial engineer, or related - Advanced English - Experience in dealing directly with customers turning automotive OEM, problem-solving, monitoring implementation of corrective and preventive actions, process audits, interpretation of customer information portals, implementation of improvement strategies, etc..**What we offer**A salary plus benefits, training, and good opportunities to grow inside the company #LI-IM1Job Reference: MEX*****
