Customer Service AmbassadorJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to provide exceptional support across multiple channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently.About the Role:- Provide proactive customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.- Resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.- Document interactions and follow up on complaints or requests in a timely manner.- Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams as necessary.- Process promotions, rewards, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles; contact center experience is preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with Salesforce experience being a plus.- Bilingual skills in English (C1 level) and French (B2 level) are highly valued.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
