Job Title: CFD Engineer/ CAE Engineer Location: Milwaukee, WIDuration : Long termClient: CLARIOSJob Description:- Conduct, make iterations, or oversee other engineers for FEA and CFD analysis, validation testing, and result interpretation in the areas of Vibration Durability, Mechanical Shock, Crashworthiness, and General Structural Engineering.- Specify and design multiple complex mechanical components and sub-assemblies using Solid Works CAD system - including injection molded plastic/rubber components, labels, machined/cast metal parts, formed metal parts, structural items, fans, fasteners, gaskets, clips, and other hardware to OEM and Aftermarket automotive requirements for high volume production.- Implement and assist other engineers with design for manufacturability (DFM) to ensure that the design of components optimizes the manufacturing and assembly process.Ensure that the design of components facilitates handling throughout the product life cycle from shipping through disassembly and recycling.- Support discussions and presentations with customer, suppliers and other groups related to the development of theproduct assigned.- Work with other project team members solving difficult problems, developing fundamental understanding, and generalprocess engineering and process understanding that could require measurement, data acquisition and analysis- Support operations from early engineering development through design validation to ensure successful production intentproduct design- 7 years in CAE/CFD and 1 years in CAD- MS/MTech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, any other relevant disciplinesQualification:~ MS in Mechanical Engineering
