Sobre la Empresa:We are looking for a highly independent and problem-solving-oriented specialist to support our manufacturing operations in Tijuana.Sobre el Rol:The ideal candidate must be able to manage outsourced manufacturers and independently handle regulatory operations with minimal supervision.This role requires practical experience with IMMEX, PROSEC, and VAT Certification systems, and a hands-on approach to working with brokers, suppliers, and government agencies.Responsabilidades:- Independently manage all operational tasks related to IMMEX / PROSEC bonded programs, including import/export documentation, customs compliance, and vendor management.- Handle government-related documentation such as VAT certifications, permits, licenses, and sectorial program approvals.- Work with customs brokers to ensure accurate declarations and tax/duty benefits under IMMEX and PROSEC.- Troubleshoot problems across outsourced manufacturing operations, bonded logistics, and regulatory gaps.- Track and ensure compliance with raw material and finished goods flow under bonded control systems.- Stay updated on government regulations and actively engage with relevant Mexican agencies when needed.Calificaciones:- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with IMMEX and PROSEC programs in Tijuana, including customs systems and bonded operations.- Solid understanding of the VAT Certification (IVA) process and its impact on import operations.- Familiarity with import/export classifications, especially for materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and equipment.- Operational customs or compliance experience in the logistics or electronics manufacturing industry.- Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to work without close supervision.- Excellent documentation habits and attention to regulatory detail.- Basic English required for internal coordination and reporting.Calificaciones Preferidas:- Experience with SAT/SE regulatory interactions, bonded warehouse management, or sectorial approvals.- Familiar with Annex24 system.- Familiarity with VAT refund procedures and inventory control audits.- ERP/document system knowledge (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
