Payments - Trade & Working Capital Sales - Vice President

Responsibilities Work as Global Trade Sales Officer (TSO) to drive asset and revenue ramp through origination of new business via sales calls, client visits and RFPs. Manage relationships on Trade Finance products with identified / key clients, prospect and deepen relationships, develop strategy to meet revenue growth and sales targets, and explore cross-sell opportunities. Partner with executives to drive revenue, create client solutions, support business promotion, and maintain updated pipeline reports and proposals. Manage the end-to-end sales process from proposal and contract negotiation through implementation with product partners and delivery teams. Act as the voice of the client to manage revenue vulnerability and address delivery gaps. Collaborate with Product, Trade Middle Office and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and portfolio monitoring within approved frameworks. Ensure business operates in compliance with local market standards and firm-wide requirements. Participate in launching new products and maximizing market penetration. Communicate client priorities locally and regionally within Trade Finance. Work effectively in cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong teamwork. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or related field; MBA or equivalent desirable. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in trade finance. Strong understanding of credit principles and risk assessment; ability to analyze client financials and assess suitability of trade finance and working capital solutions. Verbal and written skills in Spanish and English (mandatory); basic / intermediate knowledge of Portuguese (plus). Ability to identify and link new client opportunities with new solutions (solution mindset, technical background, open-minded brainstorming). Strategic and analytical thinker with execution focus and results delivery. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels. Strong selling and negotiation skills; good time management, organizational, and planning skills. Self-directed, highly motivated, able to work independently with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Knowledge of treasury services, cash management and derivatives is a plus. About Us J.P.
