We are looking for a: Process Engineering Coordinator The candidate will join our Brembo Mizar Plant in General Escobedo. Responsibilities Coordinate Technical Engineers in the area to contribute to product and process improvement, assigning priorities. Update documentation for projects released within the QMS (such as: FMEA, technology letters, PPAP, etc.). Make necessary improvements to work methods, ensuring that they are incorporated into procedures. Identify critical or special product characteristics in accordance with drawings. Provide technical support as necessary. Establish process metrics and goals. Develop and issue process designs. Main requirements Education: Materials Engineer, Quality Engineer or equivalent experience 5+ years Conversational English Desirable Experience in Foundry Soft Skills Leadership Generation of solutions Teamwork Strategic Thinking Customer Focus Knowledge Time and motion studies Layout redesign Line balancing Productivity/cost savings projects Definition of roles and responsibilities Workload analysis (workload / FTE) Equipment and shift efficiency Supply chain improvement Production planning Process analysis and redesign Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering Familiarity with process control Excellent written and oral skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively #J-18808-Ljbffr
