The Full Stack Engineer role is based in Mexico City, Mexico – Risk & Compliance IT team. Main Activities Be responsible for Engineering governance process. Interact with product vendors for future roadmap and enhancements. Work with architectural and tactical recommendations for cloud infrastructure, build and deploy pipelines, observability, and SRE practices for a variety of development teams, and help them operationalise those recommendations. Drive CICD adoption and modernise the CICD orchestration using industry‑leading technologies, maintaining a robust development and deployment infrastructure. Implement and operate containerised cloud application platform solutions, focusing on application concerns, cloud and distributed application architectures, migrating workloads to containers, and integrating container platform with automated CI/CD pipelines. Develop, implement, and automate scalable custom models using CICD pipelines for image creation, adding data‑set segmentation to segregate data, classify data and cluster data with similar characteristics, and applying multidimensional data aggregation for profile and trend analysis. Provide technical leadership in metrics, logging, tracing, profiling, alerting and visualization; deep dive into code and system design to diagnose issues. Develop quality and resiliency in high‑availability, fast‑paced and growing environments; support a solid DevOps foundation across the full SDLC from story creation to continuous delivery. Build automated scanning utilities and implement them within cloud platforms to identify cloud violations and provide auto‑heal/fix. Very strong and hands‑on programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript/React, Spring, Spring Boot. Experience and knowledge in SQL, relational databases and managing structured and unstructured data – BigQuery / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Oracle, etc. Experience with containerised technologies – Docker and Kubernetes. Deploy and manage applications in public clouds (AWS, GCP, etc.). Build a range of services in GCP (preferred) and AWS (a plus); knowledge of other cloud providers is an advantage. Experience in API development including API governance. Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools. Knowledge of security controls, access management, and vulnerability management – a plus. Additional knowledge or experience in any front‑end technology – web (Angular) or mobile (Swift or Kotlin) – a plus. Strong focus on automation. Experience in agile ways of working. Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Linux and Windows development experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science + 5 years of experience in the above areas. Competencies: team working, English, orientation toward results.
