We are looking for a Mexico-based freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our international HR team.This role is responsible for sourcing and hiring Sales Representatives across the United States for our Italy-based company.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting, talent sourcing, and recruitment strategies, with proven expertise using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for remote Sales Representatives in the USAActively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job platformsConduct CV screening, initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring processUtilize ATS systems (Teamtailor experience is a strong plus) to efficiently track and manage candidatesEnsure weekly KPI targets for sourcing and interviewing are consistently metStay up to date with market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategiesRequirementsDegree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a headhunter or in an agency settingExtensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and GlassdoorProficiency in using ATS platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent English (C1 level or higher)Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment KPIsContract DetailsFreelance contractFull-time: 8 hours / day, 5 days / weekWork remotely from MexicoWhat We OfferA dynamic and fast-growing international work environmentCompetitive compensationPerformance-based incentivesProfessional development opportunitiesAll applications must be submitted exclusively through our recruitment portal.#J-*****-Ljbffr
