B2B Marketing Specialist Location: Remote (Philippines, LATAM, or South Africa Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time About The Role We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and versatile B2B Marketing Specialist to support and strengthen our client-focused marketing efforts. This junior to mid-level role is essential for executing national and local events, managing B2B campaign assets, and supporting marketing initiatives that enable our sales team to land new hospital clients. The ideal candidate is an independent operator who can execute efficiently within a clearly defined project scope—while receiving consistent input and support from senior team members. The Opportunity This role requires a B2B-minded marketer capable of managing the full lifecycle of event campaigns, content publishing, and association-related marketing activities. You will collaborate closely with senior marketers and a fully staffed sales team to deliver marketing assets, events, and communications tailored to high-level hospital executives, including Chief Nursing Officers, VPs, and COOs. Success in this role requires understanding the nuances of B2B relationship building and thought leadership within the healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Event Campaign Management (End-to-End) Logistics & Coordination: Manage a wide range of events, including registrations, attendee support, shipping of booths/materials, equipment prep, and coordinating reservations for client dinners/happy hours. Pre- & Post-Event Campaigns: Build event landing pages in HubSpot (using templates) and draft/send event-related emails (invites, reminders, recaps). Vendor Management: Track and process event invoices, ensure booth/equipment orders are placed, and manage collateral printing and shipping. Lead Tracking & Reporting: Prepare simple post-event summaries (registrations, attendance, leads) and update CRM records with guidance from the Senior B2B team member. Content Production & Publishing Digital Assets: Build and publish landing pages for B2B announcements and content pieces. Website Maintenance: Update website pages and add new B2B resources. Copywriting: Draft short-form copy for emails, web pages, and LinkedIn posts. Collateral Creation: Produce simple graphics using Canva or external design support; create flyers, one-pagers, and basic marketing materials. Publishing: Upload blogs and partner updates in collaboration with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Coordination & Administration Client Email Newsletters: Manage and support a new client-facing newsletter initiative. Association Management: Track membership payments, maintain listings, and handle administrative coordination. Team Coordination: Gather information from internal teams to support campaigns and events. Sales Enablement: Maintain shared calendars, planning docs, and asset libraries; distribute attendee lists and event deliverables to Sales. Event Planning Support: Manage event payments, booth ordering, and ensure event materials are prepared and delivered. Required Qualifications Experience: Junior to mid-level experience in B2B marketing, event coordination, or marketing automation. Platform Familiarity: HubSpot experience strongly preferred; familiarity with other CRM/campaign systems is valuable.
