Key Responsibilities : Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions in the PP, QM, and PM modules. Maintain and enhance existing SAP configurations and support global manufacturing clients. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement efficient and scalable SAP PP solutions aligned with the S / 4HANA roadmap. Create and execute test scripts for integration and regression testing. Lead and support data conversion, fit-gap analysis, and Blueprint documentation for SAP transformation projects. Work closely with offshore / onshore teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Provide post-production support and continuously improve processes to meet evolving business needs. Document functional specifications and develop functional designs for custom development. Support interfacing between SAP PP and WM (Warehouse Management) for staging operations. Guide the deployment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in manufacturing settings. Technical & Functional Expertise : Extensive experience in Repetitive Manufacturing, including Planning Table and Detailed Scheduling configuration. Strong command over MPS (Master Production Scheduling), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and CRP (Capacity Requirements Planning). Desired Profile : Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or related field preferred). years of hands-on experience in SAP PP, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations. Proven track record working in complex SAP landscapes with manufacturing clients. Exposure to offshore / onsite delivery models. Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, developers, and end-users. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Requirements : Deep understanding and hands-on experience in : Quality Notifications, MICs, Inspection Plans, Quality Certificates. Batch Management and Handling Unit Management. Integration of SAP PP with external systems and WM modules. SOP definition and execution in Repetitive / Process industries. Experience in documenting functional specifications for reports, changes, testing (FIT / SIT), and configuration. Familiarity with LIMS integration in SAP QM. Knowledge of cross-module functionalities and sub-modules supporting manufacturing workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr
