**Hello, prospective creative**Make Relish, a partner of Design Pickle is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our ranks.This individual will fulfill a wide variety of graphic design requests with an eye for accuracy and detail.If you want to be a part of Design Pickle's mission to be the most helpful creative company in the world, please read on**Keep in mind that the current role is only available in Mexico.Availability during regular US PST/EST business hours is required.Applications from other countries will be rejected.****Who We Are Looking For**:First, Design Pickle is anything but typical.We're a group of hard-working, creativity-loving individuals from around the world.Do we love pickles, too?Most of usBut don't stress if pickles aren't your thing.It's not a deal-breaker.We do look for a passion and interest in something though because our uniqueness is what helped make us into the great company we are today.**Requirements**:- Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC programs required- Friendly and positive attitude- Great team player attitude- Proficiency in communicating in English- Experience handling customers- Internet connection above 20 Mbps- English Assessment**Specific to your role, we're looking for individuals who**:- Have graphic design experience.- Possess strong attention to detail.- Can demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.- Have experience creating presentations in PowerPoint, and Google Slides.- Have experience utilizing Canva.- Enjoy looking up and learning new things quickly.- Have an eye for accuracy, detail, and quality control.- Have excellent communication and client handling skills (Customer Support experience is a plus).- Can actively communicate with customers in written English in real-time.- Communicate effectively with their assigned Team Coordinator.- Own a reliable computer with Adobe CC AI, PSD, and INDD installed.- Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software.- Efficiently and pragmatically execute graphic design requests within our scope of service.**Compensation and Perks**:- 100% remote work- Above-average industry pay rates- Fast-tracked development potential- Subsidized Adobe CC subscription- Consistent payout schedule- Diverse creative community- Amazing culture guided by our Core Values- Performance-based incentives- And so much more**Important information**:- **Keep in mind that the current role is only available in Mexico.Availability during regular US PST/EST business hours is required.Applications from other countries will be rejected.
