About the Role Carrier is seeking a Junior Web Developer to join the Digital Factory Connected Supply Chain team. This role is essential for designing, developing, and supporting applications that deliver value to the company, leveraging Low‑Code/No‑Code platforms and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Design and build solutions using the OutSystems platform (Low‑Code/No‑Code). Work in agile teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. Manage DevOps processes for Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment. Create reports and technical documentation. Provide user support through ticketing systems (ServiceNow). Propose solutions based on requirements from Product Owners and Business Analysts, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and reusability. Act as on‑call support for urgent issues during off‑hours on a rotational schedule. Minimum Qualifications Fluent English communication skills (B2 level). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Availability to work rotating shifts (AM: 7:00–16:00, PM: 10:00–19:00). Experience in development, analysis, and deployment of web applications. Experience with Low‑Code/No‑Code platforms. Solid understanding of SCRUM, Lean, and other Agile techniques. Experience creating and consuming APIs. Proficiency in SQL queries (joins, stored procedures, views, etc.). Proficiency in JavaScript. Strong requirement analysis skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Basic experience in OutSystems platform development. Knowledge of object‑oriented languages (.NET, Java, Python; certification preferred).
