Design, implement, and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs, including HTTP caching and headers. Apply OWASP, CSP, OAuth/OIDC, and Россий to ensure secure applications. Deliver progressive web apps (PWAs) with service workers, offline capability, push/background sync, and manifests, while optimizing for Core Web Vitals and WCAG.
